Today I like talking to you about stress and a a respiratory process that can help slow down. stress, when our depression breathing is affected and becomes fast and shallow our work sympathetic to our system which is ours fight and flight response. luckily we can modify our response from pressure to relax by simply changing the way we breathe. Today I want to share with you the two possible respiratory tract to help reduce your work stress to change the pattern in the pattern of breathing thus activating parasympathetic nervous system another grinding responds to two-in-one breaths. the procedure is done through the nose yourself inhale and exhale you come out with a nose and what you do you count using a number on any number that you choose can be two to three or four and that is the number that you I will smell with but with exhale when exhaling breathe you want to double the number to choose so you say choose four and you will breathe in the calculation of one two two three four and subtract 8 ones two-three four four five seven seven eight.
