Dizziness or lightheadedness is the
common symptom of anxiety 
but i would say that it is the scariest symptom of anxiety and it can impact your daily life badly but the good news is that you can get
rid of it completely 
you know the relationship between this anxiety and dizziness is complex some people may experience dizziness because of their anxiety and some people get dizzy and then feel anxious about it. you know like i always say that it is a vicious circle of anxiety and its symptoms and when you get dizzy
on regularly on regular basis you start 
worrying about your health and it
further intensify 
your anxiety some of you may experience this dizziness symptoms regularly while some of you may experience it sometimes and it is also true that there are the ones who will never get these symptoms so what is dizziness sensations caused from anxiety feels like your eyes might feel heavy.

you may feel lightheaded you can feel
like you are going to faint.

lack of sleep can trigger all sort of dizziness symptoms. one of the symptom of anxiety is vision changes with changes in vision you may find it difficult to concentrate on multiple things at same time and your mind can misinterpret your vision leaving you light-headedness.

which is hyperventilation see during episodes of this anxiety and stress you start breathing heavily and incorrectly and this unnatural breathing will deprive your brain of oxygen leaving you lightheadedness or dizzy.

First is belly breathing if you have

In short it is the breathing technique 
on how to do deep breathing using your belly and not your chest it is very effective for dizziness related symptoms trust me it worked for me magically. 
Second is meditation, guys 
please spare time to meditate if you are experiencing this dizziness related symptoms regularly meditation can do wonders in correcting your dizziness related symptoms. 
The next is physical workout be it 
exercise
aerobics walking running yoga whatever
just spare your time to get involved in 
physical activities then avoid caffeine smoking alcohol have proper sleep. you need to get proper sleep for 7 hours at least. 
Start following these tips seriously and
you will start feeling better in few
days.

then you can talk to your doctor  
and he can suggest you some therapy. To treat any symptom of anxiety you need to work on correcting your
anxiety,  
talk to your friends talk to your family.
